I’ve been so caught up with life lately that I only just realised it was Reflections from a Red Head 2nd blogiversary today! And I almost missed it, shame on me.
It’s hard to believe Reflections from a Red Head is only 2, as I feel like I’ve been at the blogging thing for eons now. But then again, 2 years is a long time to stick at something.
I still love blogging, but can’t do it anywhere near as much as I want to these days. Work is full on, as is my daily non-work life, and these days I’m working hard to try not to fit EVERYTHING into each day. As it is, I still do too much each day and need to cut down more to allow time for exercise which I figure is really important…see the irony there?!
A blogging friend recently left me these poignant words:
|I think the main thing to remember is that blogging should serve a purpose for you first. There will always be times when other things take priority and rightly so. No apology needed. We’ll be here when ‘life’ slows down slightly for you. Hugs. x Lucy|
I must say, this is still one of the things I love most about blogging – the people I meet and the friends I make along the way. Thank you all for making my life so much richer.
