Taking care of yourself. It should be easy, but sometimes it’s the last thing on your mind!

When we get caught up in the hustle and bustle of life, self-care can easily fall by the wayside.

That’s why it pays to have some tools up our sleeves to remind ourselves to practice some good old self-care.

I find motivational quotes a great way to remind and inspire myself to take care of myself.

Whether you print them and stick them up on your fridge, use them as your daily mantra, save them as wallpaper on your phone, or frame them for your home office, they can be a timely reminder to stop and tune in to what your mind and body need.

And keep in mind that what your mind and body need could be completely different from someone else.

Some people rave about running to relieve stress, but I love a long walk in nature with my dog.
